26 *could* be Simon Lebon. But as much as I'd like to find a Duran Duran reference in this image, I'm only lightly suggesting it. The more I think about it the less I'm leaning, but I can't think of anyone else right now, even though the image looks SO familiar to me.

#28 is making me think Rick Astley.

#30 and 31 are saying PIxies to me now. I can't help but see #30 as a little chubbier than the other images, leading me immediately to Black Francis.
