WOW! I had writen the whole thing off (hence my "Thank You empeg and community" post). This is a great suprise! I used my excite e-mail address for some stupid reason, so I've never gotten any email verifications on my first order (Excite is trying to fix that). For a while, I thought Rob was getting our hopes up, but I just logged into SonicBlue's customer support and got a tracking number!!
Does anyone else think that empeg/RioCar's CAN'T ship without drama?? I think it is part of the whole experience. It wouldn't be the same if you could just go to the corner store and buy one. My first player was caught in customs forever. I had to sign and fax all these forms. One player was "held" in Kosovo IIRC. Weren't some thrown from airplanes? Etc etc.
Everyone that has a player should have a battle story to go with it! hehee
