I did a Hijack reboot and now every time i start my car, the player has no playlist loaded from the time before and the screen is at [-/-] 00:00.

How can i make it resume from the previous point?

That's very odd. It just plain "works" for the rest of us.

Try hitting the "source" button on the remote a couple of times (don't ask..), and also take a look at the "show flash savearea" display from the hijack menu.. should be lots of non-zero stuff from offset 00: up to 48: or so.

i would recommend to go back to the stock kernel, and if that doesnt help, then nuke your flash using the special hijack that mark did a while back and see if it helps, but it seems the url is broken.

Heres the post
