And no guns in the fridge?

A web cam in the fridge is actually useful - how often have you wondered about what you have in the fridge while at work, about to drive past a supermarket on your way home?

I thought the guns must camo'd in the fridge somewhere... I see he has the Tony Chachere's Roux mix... Mmmm. Tony's rocks!

Electrolux used to have a fridge cam for a long time in someone's house in Sweden, I think it was. It's been offline now for sometime, bummer...

Hey, cool, your mom keeps the fridge pretty well stocked for you.

Better clean up those guns off the couch before she gets home, though.

I hear that it's nearly impossible to get blood stains out.

They aren't stained. It's just the weird lighting on that fabric.

I'm surprised tfabris didn't point it out, but my mommy doesn't let me drink beer!

velour?

I have no idea. But it's the kind of fabric where if you rub your hand on it one way it's a certain color, and then if you rub it the other way it's a different color. The flash on the camera kind of exaggerated this effect.

Yeah, I picked the best fridge (within reason) I could find when I went shopping. It's the Kenmore Elite Trio. Well worth the price I paid for it.

Well, come to think of it you're right... I didn't pickup any sweetwater this go 'round... excellent brew though. The PBR stays in the wife's fridge!

Hmm... I thought this BBS was a "judgemental free zone"...

Anyway, I'd offer a pic of my fridge, but I'm way too lazy to take one now. Plus I'm down to about a dozen cans of Labatt and about a sixer of Yuengling after visits from college buddies and family over the holidays.

i think its been proven time and again to be just that : a "judgemental free zone"
(the quotes are key)

that said, i wasnt making a personal attack. just loosely wrapping my views around an unfortunately huge subculture.
huge enough to be improperly labeled as a subculture.

I agree with you, but I don't have a problem with people who are into it (there's too many anyway).

The problem I do have is that I know several people who drink and drive and appear to have absolutely no problem with that. This I cannot tolerate.

Re: customsex
Understood. But in the context of this thread, and especially with your inclusion of the ever-popular phrase "you people," I think it's out of line.

You're entitled to your views, of course, but labeling anyone with a few beers in their fridge as "sad" and "almost pathetic" is an egregious rush to judgement. There *are* cases where alcohol consumption is sad and pathetic. I have two close family members (an uncle and a first cousin) who have battled alcoholism for most of their lives. THAT is, indeed, sad and pathetic, destroying families and lives. But putting anyone who enjoys a beer now and then in the same category as a true alcoholic is evidence that you don't really understand alcohol . Alcohol doesn't cause any societal ills, but alcohol abuse does. Unless you know that someone has an alcohol problem, I think you're painting with a broad brush if you consider them to be sad and pathetic just because they don't completely abstain from consumption.

Re: dignan
As for drinking and driving, it should go without saying, but I have no tolerance for that. Anyone who thinks it's okay to put their life and the lives of others in danger is a despicable human being, and anyone who lets a friend drink and drive (or who abandons someone who's had too many) is just as despicable.
