I know I had this set on my empeg prior to my recent involentary purge, but I can't seem to find the setting that did it.
Thanks.

I think it's in emplode under File -> Properties somewhere.

"Configure Player" if I recall correctly. Note that the setting is only valid in 2.0 final. 3.0 alpha doesn't have the disable feature, it was added after the code split.

I must be blind, I can't see the option.
However I though it was done through Hijack - I don't know why I think this, but I don't see any mention of that at Mark's site or in the FAQ.

Connect with emplode. File, Configure Player, Advanced. It's one of the check boxes.

If the option isn't visible, check to make sure that both your player firmware and emplode are at exactly version 2.0 final.

Ah, that might be it Tony, I've got beta2.13 with the latest Hijack.

Anyways this is what I see.

Maybe I need to lay off the coffee!

Well, as Tony mentioned, that option isn't available in 2.0 betas or in v3.0 alphas.

But if you'll wait a few days, I think I'll have something that will take care of this problem for you.

I did it on mine using UltraEdit on the en_UK.msgso file as described here

Didn't know there was actually a setting with a button in some versions.
