I have a 40MB drive. Will it cause any harm/problems to use "builder_bigdisk.upgrade" and "car2_v2.01_hijack.upgrade"?

I can't get regular car builder to work. I have a car2-builder-20011022.upgrade that works, but i'm not sure how old it is or if it works with 2.01

Assuming you've actually got a 40GB drive, it won't cause any harm. But nor would using the old car2 builder image: all car2 builder images build the same structure, and (for drives under 128GB) any v1, v2 or v3 player image can be applied on top of any successful builder.
