Can I install emplode on multiple PC's?
How will this affect the synchronisation ?

Everything that is needed to get info aobut the songs you have on the empeg is self contained on the player. Emplode stores nothing. So you can install emplode on as many PCs as you can find, and use any of them with your empeg. I personally have it on 3 or 4 machines that I work with.

to test this, try running emplode without an empeg connected. No luck? The database is local and individual to each device. I could have three empegs connected to my computer and only edit one at a time, or, have three separate PCs and only one empeg and be able to edit the playlists between each.
