Hey,

I just got my empeg installed and the back/left button doesn't work? All the other buttons make that clicking sound except for the left button and when I click it nothing happens. This happened for a bit right after I got my empeg but it fixed itself until now.

Any suggestions?

Loosen the hex bolts on the left edge of the faceplate a little bit (us a 2.5mm hex tool). That will keep the button from sticking against the fascia.

You can either leave them loosened, or you can fiddle with the position of the fascia and tighten them again. Important: Do not tighten them very much or you will crack your fascia and/or lens. They should only be "finger tight" at most.
