I was wondering about upgrading the Empeg himzelf!
Not the software, the hardware.
You know, new buttons, new display etc. (you never know)

What is the case for the early adapters?
Do they have to pay only for the upgrade (are you allowed to keep the old one)?
Or do they have to pay the whole amount for the new thing?

I guess Empeg Ltd. is the only one that can answer this question....

There's a long on-going thread about this in the Technical forum. Read through it and you should find the answers you need.

In summary, though, there won't be a trade-in. There will be a discount scheme but we haven't announced any details yet. There MIGHT be an upgrade route for adding some of the new features to current players.
