Unless you're tight on space, you'll probably be happy with the 160's you've already got. Depending on the encoder you use, 160 is a decent compromise between very high quality and too much disk space usage. So don't worry about it.
Just remember to fill out all your tags right (including album and year) before the empeg arrives. Go to the FAQ section of this BBS and look at the entries on filenames and tags.
