Unless it has dramatically more battery life than my X30, then definitely not. They are not really designed or optimised for that kind of use.


For surfing the web, email, calendar and Solitaire (that get's hammered!) then it's fine. For video and audio playback, forget it. You're probably better off with something designed to do that.

If it's 90% PIM features and 10% video watching then a PDA will probably be okay. However if it's 99% watching videos and occaisionally surfing the web then I couldn't recommend it.
