I got the BGAs mounted by a company that does vapour phase reflow. £10 per chip, by far the cheapest I found anywhere. I am, as it happens, slowly building a reflow oven, but this project was too important to try experimental soldering techniques on.

I stuck down everything else. The 0402 resistors, etc, are easy enough, but the 0804 resistor networks are a bit of a pain.
