Emplode consistency. (2.0beta11)

1. Occasionally when I exit Emplode immediately after syncing, it will
query me "you have made changes, would you like to sync before
exiting?"
I say "no" since I don't want the ever-expanding visual list
problem. But I wonder if sometimes this means I'm not getting
everything synced properly.

2. The import .m3u files checkbox is not sticky. I have to clear this
every time I start Emplode.

1. Yes, occasionally, the "dirty bit" doesn't seem to get reset correctly. I've never seen it unless the download-after-sync failed, though.
2. FITNR -- also, it defaults to off.
