OK, here's what I've got with my MkII so far.

Was running 11c/Developer image.

1.) During a sync of even the smallest amount (trying to configure ethernet), it would Error in stage 5

2.) During an EmpegClone attempt, it would either:
a.) be "unable to talk to a unit that claims to be connected" or
b.) look like its going to start writing to the MkII, and then crap out with an error message that I would expect from Microsoft but not from Empeg: "Failure: -2" --- nice and cryptic. Thanks.

Overall, I'd love to report on how things are going, but I can't get very far with it yet.

Due to an oversight in the clone program it only works if the source unit (i.e. the Mark I) has been synchronised at least once with emplode-beta11a - it is not necessary to actually change anything.
