I've got a stylesheet written that is suited to providing a summary of the player's contents in a very compact form (primarily aimed at passengers who would prefer to browse hardcopy rather than view playlists on the front panel).
As it relies on jEmplode version 42 which isn't out yet, I'm not going to post it now, but I thought I'd summarise the features as a teaser.
- Playlists containing many tunes are printed in summary form, printing only a count of tunes. What constitutes "many" is configurable.
- Tunes or playlists may be excluded by adding a "print" tag. Handy if you have stuff you wouldn't admit to owning
- Text size is configurable - this is especially useful for making a booklet - print at twice the size, then scale it down to make a tiny booklet.
- It supports multi-column output.
I've also got a fully-documented makefile to produce a nice little A6 booklet[1]. This is for Unix-like systems only, and requires GNU make, though it could be adapted for other platforms. Even if you don't use it, you may find it helpful to read for the examples.
[1] Printed onto A4 paper. I expect you'd also get good results with US sized paper, with the resulting booklet being a quarter (sorry, "fourth") of your sheet size.
