I don't suppose those who have recently received their Mark 2 would post when they got it and their queue number?

By recent, I mean within this past week (July 23 on).

Think of it as just another way to torture me about how long I have to wait!! Come on, I know you want to torture me!!

First: they are still serving deferers and previous owners.

Second: there are no players shipping this week and haven't been in the past few weeks. There was an initial test batch of 40-or-so players, and that was about 3 weeks ago. They are expecting the next players to ship in the next week or 2.

I do too, and I'm sure we'll see some, but not all. I'd say that of the 40 initial players, only 10 of those people post on this board. Is that about right you [great] [wonderful] Mark II owners?

I think not all of the futural Mk2 owners are registered here...

But I think those who are will make posts - I'll do - after I've connected the Mk2 and while I'm downloading songs via the ethernet interface. theoretically I think I know how this will work - let's see how it'll work in reality... ... next week or the week after

So what was last the queue number they served? How many people will be served before they continue on with the queue, due to defers...

It will technically start at queue number 6500. The deferers can give you queue numbers but they might be irrelevant to you because they'll probably be all over the board.

Yep. But as rob always keeps saying is that they hope to have empeg on stock till end of summer (IS there a summer in the UK?)

Maybe a bit later - something like october. The queue now reaches the 16xxx-er so you'll be served not too late. Just be patient - like we all have to be.
