This is the first time this has happened so it may be a fluke.

I was in Boston yesterday so I had put the radio on 107.3. I directly entered the fequency using the search button since I don't have a preset for it. After about 10 minutes I went back to listening to MP3s. Throughout the day, I had turned the car off and on 3 times before switching back to the tuner. When I switched back (still on 107.3), the empeg froze displaying the "Source: FM Tuner" banner on the top of the display. I waited about 1 minute to see if it would come back to life, but it didn't. I pulled the empeg out and reinserted it and all was good again.

You didn't by chance have a "Mistress Carrie" wendy filter set?
