I will soon replace the 2-DIN available dash space in my car, which currently contains an OEM head unit and an Empeg, with a 2-DIN OEM navigation system (Mercedes COMAND). The unit has auxiliary input for sound and an RGB input to display anything you want on its screen. Do you guys know of any hard drive MP3 solution for the car that I can stash somewhere which will output its info as an RGB signal? I assume some kind of remote control would obviously be needed as well. Is it possible to hack the Empeg so that it could redirect its screen to an RGB? I would appreciate any thoughts/pointers. The one thing that is holding me back is having to do without the Empeg. Thanks!

Tony needs a bot. A bot that searches all new posts for possible "FAQ" flubs. It would bring these to Tony's attention with a suggested link.... this could possibly save Tonys fingers from 'repetitive FAQ disorder'..

Just looking at that entry I wonder who would have that sort of money to commission something like that as a one-off?

Tony needs a bot.

In wonder if the letters "F", "A", and "Q" are even visible on the keys anymore, on his keyboard...

Yea,

Maybe there should be a separate table for different "Please read the FAQ" posts from tony. He could just add a "replied" relation between it and whatever post he was addressing. Even with compression I bet we'd save 50 MB.
