I've been through every setting in my profile and can't get the picture to show up by the persons post... They're profile image? Anyway, it's no big deal I'd just like to see that stuff. It's gotta be a setting somewhere I'm missing because if I don't log in I see them fine.

My Home -> Display preferences ... -> View other user's pictures in their profile? -> Yes

Tried it.... no dice...

Set to Yes

Any other ideas? It's gotta be something I'm missing right? Is it possible somethings hosed with my profile?

Try turning it off, submitting, then back on and submitting again?

Tried that too whats weird is when I set "View other user's pictures in their profile?" to NO and submit it, when I go back and look it's set back to yes...

YES!! I fixed it... that was begining to bug me... I went back and set the "Post Format" setting to "side" instead of top and they magically appeared.

Oh, so that's what that means.

Boy, `Top' sure is ugly.

Yeah... I've been looking at it that way since I first logged in many moons ago.... Jeez.... what a difference. So heres a question about proper bbs usage. When you select an image for your signature, do you really need to host that image? Or can I just attach it to a post and use the address to where its stored on here?

That's the way many folks, including myself, do it.

Just make sure that it's sized appropriately.

I noticed it and couldn't figure out what it did and was too shiftless to set it and look.

So either, no, you're not an idiot (for that, anyway ), or you're at least better than someone who's both an idiot and lazy.
