Yes. It turns out that Worldcom screwed up my circuit.
I was with DirecTVDSL/Telocity, and their circuit was a BellSouth circuit. When they went out of business and I got service with Speakeasy, the circuit was switched to go through Covad. I had weeks of downtime as that got sorted out. (It turns out that BellSouth switched the circuit and didn't tell anyone, including either Covad or, apparently, DirecTV, so my new equipment didn't get sent.) Then Speakeasy wanted to change me to a ``local'' POP instead of a backhaul to Chicago, which required changing my circuit to Worldcom. This time, the circuit got switched by BellSouth correctly and everyone claimed it was okay except me. I went around and around with Speakeasy (not that they were claiming that I was wrong or anything), and, finally, they called Worldcom to make sure that their PVC assignments were right and the Worldcom tech said ``You know that this circuit isn't completed, right?''
Sigh.
So it got turned on just after 5PM today. So far, it's pretty fast.
