hey, i'm not a newbie anymore! anyway, just wondering how it is that i set the level of dimming when the headlights are on. i thought all i had to do was set it when the headlights were one, but that didn't seem to work. any suggestions?

If the dim input is connected properly, that should be all it takes. Check your wiring..

i tried this this morning on the way to work, and of course, it worked perfectly. don't know why it didn't seem to work last night. maybe i'm just an idiot. it has been known to happen before.

No; dimming is available only in the car. I don't know why, though. My home stereo can be dimmed
I guess, this is something for the Wish List section . . .
