So, I've been seeing a number of people throwing around the idea that version 3.0 software for the empeg is being worked on. Just wondering where they got this info from and how much truth there is to it? The latest info I've seen indicates this is not the case.

Maybe someone with rights to do so should post a response to that announcement clarifying what ``support'' means in that context. This is not the first confusion about that and it's only been a few days.

Remember that some of the messages you see on this BBS are from members of the Cambridge development team. When they say they're working on 3.0 (and they've said they have), they are telling the truth. I've updated this FAQ entry in the last couple of days, by the way.
