jnracing7 new poster Registered: 19/05/2003 Posts: 2 Loc: San Carlos CA.	I have a 20 gig Rio I added 40 gigs to it. I was wondering if any one could help point me in the right direction on what format I need to use or any further information. I am pretty good with computers. I have instaled the new HD in the Rio already but when I sync it stops at stage 2. Thankyou Jeremy
