Recently upgraded my empeg to the v2 kernel w/ hijack and replaced a bad drive (went from dual 20's to a single 80 gig, woo woo). Big irritating thing to me though is the "scan" functionality for the tuner seems to have stopped working. I used to be able to hold down the left/right buttons to scan up or scan down the frequencies when in tuner mode, but now it doesn't work.

Couldn't find anything in the FAQ or the keymapping indexes, so I'm asking for help. Did these get remapped to something else in the upgrade? How do I go about restoring it? I do a lot of travelling and not having easy access to my radio scan is rather irritating!
