does that mean someone i have co-signed for? or who will be co-signing for me?

My guess is that they want to know if you have any other unstated potential debts. If you've not cosigned or guaranteed a loan for someone else, I think you should just leave it blank.

Of course, the best thing would be to ask your loan officer, but I'm assuming this is online or something.

Most of the forms I see online are set up like:

Are you a co-maker, guarantor, or endorser on any loan? (Y/N)

If `Y', for whom?

Which leads me to believe that, in your case, it's a combination of the two questions. Maybe you could enter ``none''.

i left it blank and it dint choke, so i think thats alright.

at what point am i not considered a dependent of my parents?
ie. im signing them up on this application as co-signers and its asking me how many dependents my mother has.
do i put a. 3 (myself, brother, sister) or b. 2 (as im over 21 and not living at home)?

If they claim you on their taxes as a dependent, include yourself, otherwise no.
