My display broke (known issue) due to a broken nipple on the display board. I would like to purchase a replacement display for cash so I can get my unit working again. If your parting out an empeg or have an extra one laying abouts, I would be interested so long as the price is reasonable and display working.

There are a few replacement VFDs floating around out there. I have a spare also for just such an emergency. Would you be doing the repair, or have you contacted someone about it?

I'll be doing the repair myself. I have quite a few 'surgical' procedures under my belt for the MKII already. I have another display here and it works fine, so I am already 100% certain that the swap will be successful upon aquisition of a new display.
