I've been going over the hijack faq but haven't been able to find the information I need. Is there a way to use ir translate to make the 4 button on my Rio remote access the bookmark menu or even select the bookmarks in order??? I find it tedious to go through the different menu's to get to the bookmarks. Anyone have any idea's??

You could make it so that it opens the main menu and presses a number key that corresponds to the "Bookmarks" menu. So it would IR translate to downbutton then <number> (whichever that number is). I don't have the empeg plugged in right now so I don't know which number it is. But every menu has a shortcut number, and they go in order. 1 is the first menu, 2 is the second menu, etc. Mess with it and find out which one it is, then program your IR translate to change the remote's 4 button to <down> <number> and then that'll get you to the bookmarks menu.

So I know that using config.ini it would start like this

I also know the bottom button on the mp3 is code: 6 and the bookmark menu is like 7 places to the right inside the main menu so what would the finished config.ini look like??
