An odd one this one...
...after a trip to the opticians today I find myself with a surplus supply of contact lenses (my prescription changed).
So if any one wants about 240 Bauch & Lomb -1.00 daily lenses then let me know.
The details are:
- Bausch & Lomb Soflens one day disposable
- 240 lenses in sealed boxes, assorted strips of lenses out of their boxes
- 14.2 mm diameter
- BC = 8.6 (whatever that means)
- "power" is -1.00 dioptres
- long expiry dates (2006 and 2007)
- over £100 of lenses, but I'm not really after money, unless someone wants to pay something towards them ?

Failing that, anyone know of a charity that accepts unwanted lenses ?
P.S. the optician suggested I keep the for the pub "when I didn't need to see as well"...
...I guess that would be beer goggles without the need for beer !
