OK..so..as we all well know and are sick of hearing....ground loop resurfaced again...

Ripped out all the wiring...re-ran the rca down the center of the car and pig-tailed the ground for the sled, the Rio and the Sony to a heavy gague wire and grounded all of them directly to the battery...then put in two ground loop isolaters...one between the Sony and the Rio and one between the RCA's and the Amp....

The GLI's really seemed to have done the trick and two days now with no noise..keeping my fingers crossed...again

but one interesting observation....when i disconnect the RCA's from the Rio...and leave them plugged into the Amp...the noise is intollerable...when i plug them back in the noise goes away...what would cause that to happen...or is that normal?
