I am currently using Rio Audio manager version 3.5, and I cannot get the Reciever to recognize any of my playlists. I have album, genere... all the rest, just not the playlists. Any help?

All I needed to do to make playlists appear was to create proper M3U files and make the server software refresh its index.

Do you have proper M3U files for the playlists?

(M3Us are ASCII text files with the extension of .M3U that contain, one on each line, the path and file name of the MP3 file. You can use programs such as WinAmp to create M3U playlists, or you can make them yourself in a text editor program).

This is from the Rio Port Audio Manager help files:

"In Audio Manager, when you right click in the Play List window and select Save Tracks as a Playlist file, the file extension of your playlist is m3u."

The playlist window is the main window when you open the Rio Port software. Its where you get to see the tracks in your playlist.
