Can anyone tell me what the database format it is for the server. I am wondering if I can import it or link to it with SQL Server?

Yeah. I know.

It's a proprietary format. It was implemented on a Thursday evening in the midst of a caffeine frenzy.

Your chances of getting the data out of it are slim, at best. Give up now, and save your sanity.

OTOH, you could just run queries against the HTTP server and import the data from there...
