Can someone with some spare time write me a dos / win32 program to add id3 tags to my mp3s? Most of them have no id3 tag, but are in the form Artist - Song Name. Empeg doesnt read this as Artist and Song Name, and so displays Artfull Dodger - Rew.... instead of Artfull Doger on one line, Rewind on the next.

So i need a simple program to batch-convert all my mp3s with no id3tag, in the format artist - track name, so they have an id3 tag comprised of the above.

it would be a great help.. as im damned if im adding id3 to my 2,500 mp3s :)

There are already many utilities on the internet which can do this for you. No need to have anyone write a new one for you, there's already a bunch out there.
