More than willing to lend a hand with a CCTV system, I WILL be putting one in at the new place, so we may be able to bulk buy camera etc... I will want at least 4 on my system. Running cables on people houses has been my job for the past 8 years, and I think we may have a local sparky onhand if I play my cards right with the GF
The GeoVision system looks interesting, it can run off a Windows PC, allows remote viewing via web (or with a PDA) and can even control the fancy pan and tilt dome cameras. Well worth looking into. I have a colour bullet CCTV camera already, but I'm thinking of going the B&W route as the picture is better at night with out expensive lighting solutions, I'm also planning highly visable dummy cameras with the real ones tucked out of the way. For example a bullet cam hidden in the fence post pointing at the car.
Cheers
Cris.
