I don't care how they do it, how many people loose their lives trying, but these people have to be served their justice. This barbaric behaviour must be stopped.

Our thoughts should go out to the family of all those who have suffered from this war so far, but the job is only half done. Now we need to finish it.

Cris.

It's a 'job' we should not have started in the first place. As far as I am concerned Bush and Blair have a share of his blood on their hand too.

Ther is no point looking in the past for answers, we can't change what has happened now, we need to look forward, and decide how we want our world to be.

We should stand behind the decisions that were made on our behalf, I am sure Bush and Blair will get their justice in years to come, but right now we have to put a stop to this sort of terror.

And before anyone says "we started it..." How do we know this didn't happen to all those Iraqi's that went missing under Saddam.

If you want to start blaming people for why this is happening, you can go back 50 years or more. As much as I disagree with our choice to invade Iraq, you have to admit that the current situation in that region of the world was bad before Bush and Blair came around.

Yeah. The Saudi government, for example, which we support, beheads people all the time. (For certain unknown to me, but greater than zero, values of "all the time".)

Edit: Apparently, "all the time" equals "two a week".

I'm not going to even start about why all of Mr Husseins antics were tolerated (some would say encouraged) up to his invasion of Kuwait. All I can say is that it's a truly sad thing that's happened, I'm sure it won't be the last atrocity (against an Iraqi or foreigner) but I really hope I'm wrong. There is no quick answer as far as I can see.

Has an atrocious human rights record, doesn't provide the rights of worship to other faiths enshrined in the Koran and is a monarchist dictatorship.

Sorry. By "we support", I mean "are supposed to be allies with the US government". I did not mean to imply that it was a positive regime.

I know what you meant, it's the same "we" that went to war and now has to create the peace.
