Is this one of the preassembled tuners or one of the PCA kit tuners? If it's the kit, you may have just wired something wrong. I'm sure someone could help you there. If it's a "normal" one, I'm not much help, either.

Uh, does the LED come on? Does the empeg say "searching for radio module" (or something like that) during boot?

Hmmm, the blue wire is the remote turn on for controlling amps to turn on along with the empeg. It looks like it is also used to power the tuner, according to this documentation of the original MkII(a) sled wiring, which shows a connection between the ISO and tuner plug for this wire.

Repair instructions for the wiring harness are here. However if you are not familiar with these kinds of repairs, then I recommend that you contact support or Eutronix instead. From what you've written, I suspect you might be better off letting an expert handle it.

oh i found those instructions seems pretty easy will take care of it when i get some time but for now i taped down the wire into the connector. I thought there was some crimping involved but per instructions its not. So thanks for your help guys. Im also having alot of interferce when i put my player into the sled. It like a loud buzzing noise that gets louder when I am driving (like when i push on the gas) do you or anyone know how i can reduce or even cancel out this noise

It's called a "ground loop." More info in the FAQ.
