Two attackers rob a minister. Fearing for his congregation, he does not want to try and fight it. So he tells them he has no money - will they take a check? Yes, they do, giving their full names so the minister could write the check out to them. Uh, right... CNN story

Or the bank robber that wrote the "give me all the money" note on the back of a letter addressed to himself...

I saw a dumb crook who was caught on camera trying to break through a storefront window with a cinder block. The only problem was that the window was plexiglass and the block bounced back and creamed him in the face! Funniest thing I ever saw.

Yeah, in terms of Karma, that's about as instant as you can get.

I saw on one of those "Dumbest Crooks" TV shows what has to top anything you guys (oops - and gals!) can come up with.

Caught on security camera video, the convenience store robber didn't have a mask, so he disguised himself by wrapping his head and face with duct tape.

He did such a good job of it that when he entered the store, not only could he not talk, he couldn't breathe either, and fell to the floor, unconscious in front of the checkstand.
