I want to set up an enterprise weblog system that uses space in each user's web directory, like the aforementioned gallery system.

Movable Type can do it, and can even store the database per-user. But the license isn't compatible unless I want to pay, which for this, I can't.
I looked at Wordpress, but it needs one install per user. That defeats the point.
So now I'm looking at Pivot.


As previously, I have a Unix platform, and can pick from modphp (3 or 4, prefer 4), modperl, or something else, and can use mysql or berkeley db (or flat files).

What are you using? What do you like/not like? I looked at a few other things, some which were a bit crude looking for my tastes.
