Does anyone know of any commercial sources for UAVs? We are looking at gas pipeline aerial patrols (currently done visually by pilots) with a UAV with an IR camera mounted feeding a DVR for high speed review after recovery.

Budget range from $10,000 to $20,000 for the UAV.

There are several types of commercially available. You can get a nice overview of mission types from UAV Forum. A fairly comprehensive list is at Thirty Thousand Feet.

I can't vouch for any of the prices, or some of the companies though.
