Yeah, but the lease terms are awful. Four years, no month-to-month option, and the only way to back out of the lease is to die.

Sorry, meant to post the link. It's fairly usefull, I suppose. It's probably better for rentals, as I'm sure more people advertise rentals through Craig's List than sales. I'm looking for sales, which produces fewer results, but gets me a great view of the Oval Office
