Since I was having major database problems (resolved thanks!), I had Hyperterm running during syncs to try to see what was going on. I noticed on syncs, I've been getting a slew of the following:

kftpd: ksock_rw() failed, rc=-32
ksock_rw(recv): error: -32
kftpd: ksock_rw() failed, rc=-32
ksock_rw(recv): error: -32
kftpd: ksock_rw() failed, rc=-32
ksock_rw(recv): error: -32
kftpd: ksock_rw() failed, rc=-32
ksock_rw(recv): error: -32
kftpd: ksock_rw() failed, rc=-32
ksock_rw(recv): error: -32
kftpd: ksock_rw() failed, rc=-32
ksock_rw(recv): error: -32

kftpd: ksock_rw() failed, rc=-32
ksock_rw(recv): error: -32

ksock_rw(recv): error: -32
kftpd: ksock_rw() failed, rc=-32
ksock_rw(recv): error: -32
kftpd: ksock_rw() failed, rc=-32

Is this a problem? These appear while the sync is adding playlist entries. Will any playlist entries be missing from the player?

Thanks,
Jeff

The fix was to supress the message in newer versions of Hijack, that's the ECONRESET stuff mentioned in the changelog.

So in other words the messages are harmless. There's a recent thread down in the programming forum that I started where Mark helped me troubleshoot those messages.

Thanks... I'm running Hijack 429, so I'm not sure the suppression is working. Main thing is that they are harmless...

Harmless, most likely due to a slight (harmless!!) programming error in JEmplode.

Messages fixed in Hijack v446 (to be released shortly).
