some time ago I posted with ethernet problems and finally deturmined that the ethernet failed after I did some welding on my car. Is there anyone willing to try to repair it and maybe add a eutronix digital audio board?

Well given that you want a Eutronix digital board and you're in the States, I'd suggest Eutronix themselves. They do repairs as well. Link is at the top of the page.
