Rally Trophy is a very cool and addictive little game.

Make the track in the attached screenshot and try to beat 63 seconds! The old Volvo 122 is faster because you can slide it.

79.50 and enough time wasted.
The mini slides just as well, but I'm not a slot car guy.

Thanks, though-

Hmmmm. These are FUN.

I'm pretty slow. I don't know what I'm doing so differently so that it takes me twice as long to solve these puzzles. Is there some kind of idiosyncrasy about these puzzles that means a specific initial strategy is usually best? Or, am I just stupd?

Sudoku should be very straightforward - taking a very holistic approach, the first target cells should be those with the most neighbours (neighbours being filled cells in the same row, column or 3x3 square)

A first pass will get you many completed cells on an easy Sudoku, and possibly one or two on a hard one.

Another thing to remember is pairing - if in a single row, column ro 3x3 square you have two cells with the same two possibilities (or 3 with 3) then those possibilities are ruled out for the rest of the row, column or square.

You'll find after a wee while you'll get bored though as Sudoku ends up just solving itself.

Go for Kakuro or the Times' 'Killer', they appear to have a longer lifespan before becoming totally automatic.
