Daria carpal tunnel Registered: 24/01/2002 Posts: 3937 Loc: Providence, RI	I recently switched my router over to FreeBSD (pfsense; I upgraded to 802.11g - Atheros - at the same time, and it's working nicely). I also moved. My new place has a pushbutton to open the outer door locks, and a digital thermostat. I want to do something with bluetooth proximity to turn on my heat when I get home, and possibly (though I am leery of security and will probably not leave it on) unlock the outer doors. I have 2 phones. One is a Treo 700p, and the Treos are notorious for not being useful for Bluetooth proximity. I think, though, that I could manage something. Anyone played with anything I should be looking at?
