I decided enough is enough and it's time for me to do an install in my current wagon, a 2002 Nissan Almere SE.

Anyone got a factory manual, or any info on how to dismantle the doors (for the speakers) and the centre console?

Well, I was going to suggest Haynes, but they only cover the Nissan Almera Petrol up to Feb 2000, so that's a no-go.

Yes, that was my first pitch too - mine is the later model which they don't have a manual for yet. The factory manual is a bit expensive - 80+ quid!

What I was looking for is if anyone knows an car audiophile website with dismantling instructions for different car consoles, or some such.

He was expelled from my boarding school, not that that's any help in getting a manual, I'll bob in to my loyal car stereo fitters in the a.m., and see if they have any suggestions - I'm going that way.

I have a 2003 Primera, and was able to get a CD containing the workshop manual from ebay.

Do any of these look like what you need?

Car stereo fitters no help, somewhat worringly, they say that they have sufficient experience of most makes and models not to need them!
However, taking Geoff's lead, isn't this what you seek.

They're probably only on their 120th generation of picture photocopying and the editors think they're still too legible.

Or am I confusing Haynes with Chilton?
