Just fixed the "two loose screws" now new problem. When I try to upload new music files I get 7d50.110 or .132 no memory error when machine is synching . This happens briefly while checking media. Then during uploading tunes and writing player config I get "could not synchronize connection timed out."... (error 0x8004003e). The synchronization then fails. Hopefully this is something easy to fix??? Thanks

Try the following:

- Make sure you are running version 2.00 final of Emplode on your PC (not 2.10)

- Make sure you are running version 2.0 final, 2.0b13, or 2.01 of the player firmware on your empeg. If your disk is bigger than 40-60 megs, make sure it is the bigdisk version from http://rtr.ca/bigdisk/ .

- If you had to change either of the two things above, see if that fixes it. If not, then move on to:

- Go through each of these bullet points very carefully.
