FieroSTi member Registered: 07/05/2007 Posts: 104	I placed an order at Eutronix on December 4th for an IDE cable. I was planning on ordering the LED kit as well, but decided to hold off for a bit before i did. I'm curious as to why I haven't been contacted in an entire week, to let me know what's going on. My PayPal transaction has gone through, and I have sent an e-mail to Stuart at Eutronix asking what is going on. I get no response. Did these guys go under, or what's going on? Any ideas..? Thanks for your help.

The only time I didn't hear from him for several days was when he happened to be out of town. He's posted here fairly recently (12/07/07 01:32 PM), so I expect you'll hear from him soon. I was hoping to meet up with Stuart when I was in Memphis visiting my folks but things didn't work out (I was hoping to save some $$$ on shipping). He indicated he just moved into a new house (which is why he wasn't able to meet up with me). He was very prompt at replying to my emails and when I placed my order online he let me know when he was going to ship it out. Give it another couple of days. A few days later you inquired about the order and you should have received a reply- at least one was sent. Your order was shipped on Saturday morning, Dec. 8th. I'm sorry it took a bit longer than normal to get the order out, but sometimes the cables have to be made up on site (sorry) and with the recent move as Austin suggested, there has been quite a bit of diversion of time resources. Things should get more back to normal soon. I promise! Give your order a few more days, this time of year the mail can get a bit sluggish.
