Hi all,

A couple of years ago, I came across a program that was able to control the bandwidth (up and down) used by a program on a per program basis. I recall I worked very easy, and was free.

I then lost track of this utility since I moved to broadband and it somewhat lost its purpose. I could now use it again, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called. My Google-Fu also seems incredibly weak at the moment.

So does this ring a bell with any of you guys?
