He means that while the U.S. (Rio) store has now Empegs in stock, the U.K. store does not have the Empeg (Rio Car) product in their lists (yet).
Us Europeans were lucky when Empeg was still just Empeg (when the boxes were sent straight using Empegs own distribution system), now we sort of have to wait until Rio gets sorted things out and European orders running again. I assume that is something like really soon now, taking the hint of what Time said in another thread where I was whining about this same thing.
