Hi,

Is there a place where I can download v2.00-beta13?

I've been looking but can't find it at http://www.empeg.com/support.html

I need it because I want tuner scan to work.

The files are still there. Just change the URL.

A version with Hijack and large disk support is at http://rtr.ca/bigdisk . I highly recommend that one.

Updated the corresponding FAQ entry about the tuner seek feature with links to download both the factory version and the Hijack versions of Beta 13.

Thank you guys! I downloaded and installed beta-13 bigdisk, will try radio tuning ASAP.

I read the release notes for v3 alpha-11 though and I get the impression that tuner scan is fixed in that release. Tuner users out there, should I switch to alpha-11?

Personally I find v3.00a11 is as stable as any other release. I'm pretty certain seeking works just fine

The alpha software has a few issues here and there that people run into. I personally had my playlist trees corrupted during a synch once, for example. That's a normal kind of thing for Alpha software. If you're the kind of person who enjoys running alpha and beta software for other products, then go for it.

The primary advantages the Alpha software has over the 2.0 final software are: Ogg, Flac, and crossfade.
