Anyone at empeg know the maximum intrusion depth, and the thread size, of the threaded hole in the back of the unit? I want to put a small trunion on it for a solenoid lock.

From memory: it's an M2 threaded insert, and you should be ok with 4mm intrusion (from case outer).
